Mártonhegy Villapark is being built on an 8,000 square metre plot in a southern location, where apartments with an A+ energy rating and modern technical solutions are being developed. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The residential property brand WING , owned by LIVING has launched sales of its latest project in Buda, the Mártonhegy Villapark in District XII, according to a press release sent to our newspaper.

The project will be implemented at 77–87 Bürök Street in District XII, where the villa buildings offer views of Sas Hill, Újbuda and Széchenyi Hill. The press release emphasises that the area has outstanding features and its infrastructure is particularly favourable compared to the average in the Hegyvidék district: The bus stops for routes 102, 110 and 990 are a 6-8 minute walk away, while the tram stop for route 59 is only an 8-minute walk away. There is a primary school, secondary school, playground, tennis club and two shopping centres, the Hegyvidék Shopping Centre and MOM Park, in the vicinity of the residential park.

On an 8,000-square-metre south-facing plot, 48 flats will be built in five villa buildings near the Farkasréti cemetery, with the residential park expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Attention was paid to respecting the architectural traditions of the environment.

The villa park has a total of 85 parking spaces. All apartments feature above-average technical specifications and energy-efficient solutions. The A+ energy-rated apartments in the residential park feature technical solutions such as

  • heat pump ceiling heating and cooling system,
  • intelligent motorised shutters,
  • and the heat recovery ventilation system.

„With LIVING, we have reached another milestone, as we have expanded our property portfolio with a new project in a prestigious location. When designing Mártonhegy Villapark, our goal was to combine the proximity of urban infrastructure with the tranquillity of the Buda hills in a property that retains its value. We also took great care to ensure that the development would fit in harmoniously with the surrounding architecture, which ultimately resulted in the creation of 9-10 apartment, villa-style buildings. We are convinced that these spacious homes with large terraces offer an attractive opportunity for anyone looking for a high-quality living environment or a valuable investment,” said Tibor Tatár, head of WING Zrt.'s residential and office development business in Hungary.
