1.1 The purpose of this Prospectus is to set out the BC Zrt. (hereinafter: Data Controller) are set out in the buildingconnections.eu in connection with the website.

IV. Scope of personal data processed, purpose and legal basis of data processing

4.1 The Data Controller declares that buildingconnections.eu No direct personal data collection (registration, newsletter) takes place on this website.

4.2 The purpose of data processing is to compile visitor statistics, improve the user experience, and display relevant advertisements.

4.3 Legal basis for data processing:

  • User consent [GDPR Article 6(1)(a)]: when using cookies for statistical (Analytics) and marketing (Ads) purposes.
  • The legitimate interest of the Data Controller [GDPR Article 6(1)(f)]: when using cookies that are essential for the technical operation of the Website.

4.4 Duration of data processing:

Data transfer:
When using Google AdSense, online identifiers (e.g. IP address, cookie ID) may be transferred to the United States. Data transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision and takes place within the framework of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

VI. Management of cookies

6.1 The Website uses cookies to ensure its functioning, for statistical analysis and for personalised advertising (Google AdSense).

6.2 Google Analytics: It collects data using IP anonymisation, so visitors cannot be personally identified.
