ZÁÉV builds apartments near the city centre of Zalaegerszeg

Following the successful completion of the previous phases of the Kerámia residential complex, Favorit Lakópark Kft. is developing new buildings in the Kerámia residential complex in Zalaegerszeg. During the ongoing works, two new buildings will be added to the existing apartment buildings in Kerámia Street, which will be constructed by ZÁÉV Zrt.

In the third phase, buildings C and D of the residential park will be constructed, creating 30 apartments of various sizes. The construction company website emphasise that the residential park in the central part of the town of Zalaegerszeg has favourable infrastructure. Accordingly, there are grocery stores, shopping centres, playgrounds, cultural and administrative institutions for everyday activities.

Two larger penthouse apartments will also be created

The entry also shows that the two blocks will be 3 storeys high, with a basement garage and a high ground floor. The staircases will have 4 apartments of varying sizes with two sky views per floor, and the fourth floor of building C will have 2 penthouses with three sky views and a larger floor area.

The parking within the fenced plot is provided by the basement garage and surface access, where there will also be a private storage room, a common bicycle storage room, a storage room for gardening and cleaning equipment. Between the two buildings of the third phase, a roof terrace and roof garden will be created above the common garage level.
