Sales of flats in the Virágpiac Lakópark development are set to begin under the reference number Bayer Property.

The Virágpiac Lakópark is being built in Budapest’s 13th district, on the site of the former flower market, where 451 flats are being offered in a single block – sales of which have now begun. Prospective buyers are offered a variety of floor plans in different sizes and layouts, ranging from studio flats to two- and three-bedroom family homes, providing suitable living spaces for a wide range of lifestyles.

Generous headroom, state-of-the-art building services

Every flat has a balcony or terrace attached to it in the Bayer Property development, where the ceiling height in the living areas is 2.70 metres, individually controllable underfloor heating is being installed in the rooms, and each flat will be fitted with air conditioning. The building’s heating and hot water supply will be provided by a heat pump system.

The flats at Virágpiac Lakópark meet the criteria of the Otthon Start scheme and are also compatible with the Babaváró loan and the CSOK+ scheme.

A promenade and a playground are also being built

The developer is creating a new, green promenade along Szegedi út, featuring a tree-lined avenue, benches and a dog-walking area, which will also provide a pedestrian link between Palóc utca and Szent László út. The nearby shopping facilities, educational institutions and services, combined with the well-developed infrastructure, will provide a very comfortable living environment for those moving here.

A key feature will be the creation of an inner courtyard, sheltered by the building complex and rich in green spaces. At the heart of this landscaped courtyard, there will be a communal area and a playground, whilst the circular walkways and rest areas will provide a peaceful, green setting for everyday life.
