This development will complete the Wing industrial park in Vecsés
Which industrial park, situated next to Liszt Ferenc Airport, no longer has any space available for further development? The correct answer is now Airport City Business Park: this is where WING Industrial has launched its new hall development, which will complete the Vecsés logistics and industrial park.
The new warehouse building, to be constructed as part of the final phase of the modern logistics and light industrial park in Vecsés, will have 3,300 m² of lettable space and a ceiling height of 12 metres, 8 loading bays and, in addition to the storage areas, a 20 per cent office space ratio – as detailed in Wing’s press release.
The project will be completed next year
The design and construction of the building are being carried out entirely in accordance with the specific functional and technical requirements of the long-term tenant. The entire area of the park will be developed and will continue to operate at full capacity.
Handover is expected in the second quarter of 2027. The project is in line with Airport City’s sustainability profile, which is powered entirely by green electricity: the development is being built with a view to achieving the international BREEAM „Very Good” certification.
Airport City Pro offers the potential for expansion
They emphasise that the park is situated in the immediate vicinity of Liszt Ferenc International Airport, at the junction of the M0 and M4 motorway networks, thus offering optimal conditions for both the warehousing requirements of air freight and for logistics and light industrial activities. Customs services are also available at the park, which also boasts excellent public transport links.
The Airport City Pro development site, situated immediately adjacent to Airport City, also offers scope for expansion: WING Industrial will therefore be able to provide industrial and logistics developments tailored to tenants’ needs at this location in the future as well.
