New jobs may also be created
The company is building an assembly and paint shop in the town of Komárom-Esztergom, at a cost of over 43 billion forints. The Hungarian government is supporting the project with a grant of seven billion forints, aimed at encouraging high value-added industrial investment and creating new jobs.
Domestic suppliers may also have the opportunity
The Tatabánya facility will be the first European smart manufacturing base for the Zoomlion, which could also open up new opportunities for the domestic supplier network. According to the information provided, around 70 per cent of the company’s suppliers could be local partners, which could create significant business opportunities for Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises.

Furthermore, the Chinese company will also take up outdoor areas and newly built support facilities, and a testing zone of approximately 20,000 square metres will also be made available to them.
