It is road renovation season, and accordingly, our newspaper regularly reports on the work being carried out by Magyar Közút Nzrt., mainly smaller roads, typically four- and five-digit roads based on their identification numbers, or about projects planned for the next period, spring 2026. Most recently, a list of current and planned renovations in the county of Komárom-Esztergom in north-eastern Transdanubia, and now from the county of Csongrád-Csanád in the south-east of the country.

Around four kilometres of the Deer-Szentes link will be upgraded. The Mórahalom crossing will be upgraded on two sections: one for three kilometres and one for one and a half kilometres.
