The aim of the improvements is to resolve the problems caused by worn-out road surfaces, poor drainage and outdated traffic management systems.
The main roads in Sopron are set to be renovated. As part of the project, road resurfacing and repairs will be carried out on 23 streets, covering a total length of approximately 7,991 metres.
Long sections of the road linking Gyomaendrőd and Szentes, as well as the access road serving the tourist destination at Királyrét, are also set to be upgraded.
