Road building
Three bridges have been renovated as part of a road renovation project completed in Heves County.
In Heves County, four- and five-digit roads are being modernised with the use of a gross HUF 7.240 billion non-repayable grant from the European Union. Among other things, the 3205 road connecting Jászárokszállás and Tarnaméra has been renovated over a total length of approximately 2.75 kilometres.
The worst section of Route 3205 has also been modernised.
In the recently completed project, which also included the outlying areas of Visznek and Tarnaörs, the road surface was reinforced using the coldremix method and two new layers of asphalt were laid, at a net cost of HUF 895.65 million. The road structures at the bridge connections were also replaced, making the road more durable and safer.
Three bridges completely renovated
During the works, the culverts were cleaned and the drainage systems were renovated. The project included the complete modernisation of three bridges. As part of the renovation, specialists also built new kerbs along the entire section and painted new durable road markings, according to the investor's press release Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt..
