The new senior management appointments support the group's strategic objectives as part of the merger process.

The vocation and responsibility of project management

Gábor Horváth has 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including in the infrastructure, public utilities and nuclear sectors. He graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration with degrees in civil and structural engineering and engineering economics. Gábor joined Óbuda Group in 2014 as a Director, before that he held the position of Head of Investment Department at Fővárosi Vízművek.

The professional's name is associated with projects such as the portfolio management of Liget Budapest, the implementation of the Gellért Campus and the management of engineering services for the Paks Nuclear Power Plant. In his new position as Deputy CEO, Gábor is responsible for the project management business. With his valuable professional knowledge and management experience, he will contribute to the more efficient operation and development of the division and support the achievement of its objectives, keeping in mind the company's vision.

On the road to further growth

Ottó Vörös has more than two decades of management and financial experience in real estate management, financial planning and operational management in international and domestic corporations. He has a degree in economics and business management, an MBA from Lincoln University and a bachelor's degree from the Budapest University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining Óbuda Group in early 2025 as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Robertson Property Management. Previously, he managed a significant real estate portfolio as Head of the domestic subsidiary of Immofinanz.
