The new press officer for the Ministry of Transport and Investment has been appointed
Norbert Sándor Pécsi will henceforth be in charge of the ministry’s press relations. He has considerable experience in the fields of transport and communications.
Norbert Sándor Pécsi has been working in the communications sector for nearly twenty years – according to a press release sent to our newspaper by the Ministry of Transport and Investment in a press release sent to our newspaper. As stated in the press release: he began his career at Alföld Television in Debrecen as a reporter and editorial assistant, before moving on to RTL Hungary, where he worked for a total of more than three years across two periods as a press officer and later as head of the press relations team.
Her closest ties to the transport sector stem from her more than 13 years’ service at Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., where she worked for many years as head of communications and spokesperson. During this period, she was responsible for the external and internal communications, media relations and social media channels of one of the country’s largest state-owned companies, as well as for providing transport-related information to the public.
Throughout his professional career, he has gained significant experience in the field of marketing communications, both within large corporations and the media sector, as well as through his communications agency, which was founded in 2023. In his work, he has placed particular emphasis on revitalising communications in the transport sector, implementing road safety campaigns and building media relations. In recent years, alongside traditional communications and PR tasks, he has also focused particularly on social media strategy development and management.
As Head of Press Affairs, Norbert Sándor Pécsi is responsible for managing and developing the Ministry of Transport and Investment’s press relations.
