Parkside Residence will have a 364-space underground garage, 215 storage spaces and a 2000 square metre landscaped enclosed inner garden, with rainwater irrigation system. The façades of the buildings have been designed to be modern yet timeless, using natural materials such as glass and metal in addition to clinker brick.

They are also building a hotel

The complex will also house a Staybridge Suites Hotel, operated by Mogotel, belonging to the IHG group, which will be developed for short and medium-term business tourists. Here, 90% will be equipped with a kitchenette, combining the service and comfort of a hotel with the homeliness of an apartment, according to the announcement.
