More than 200 apartments and a spacious urban grove will be built in Angyalföld in this project

In one of the greenest parts of Angyalföld, directly on the bank of the Rákos stream, the latest residential development of AVICO Group will be built, with 218 apartments. According to the announcement of the 218-apartment Spring Garden, the area between the residential complex and the creek bank will be completely rehabilitated, creating a spacious, coherent urban grove.

Green roof design in the immediate vicinity of the Rákos stream

The new residential complex is being built in a quiet, suburban area of the XIII district, on Szent László út, close to the city centre. The U-shaped block will open directly onto the green belt of the Rákos stream.

It is also described that landscape architecture has been given a prominent role in the project. The building will have a green roof and a spacious inner courtyard where walkways, rest areas and community spaces meet. A fitness centre will be located in the central part of the complex.

Spacious balconies and private garden connections

The announcement also reveals that Spring Garden offers 218 modern apartments with 1 to 5 bedrooms. Almost all properties have a spacious balcony or terrace, while ground floor homes have private garden access.

The building will also include retail space, 206 storage spaces, 259 parking spaces and bicycle storage. The developer will also build private electric car chargers. A heat pump surface heating system will provide comfort cooling for all apartments, and the development will also allow for the future development of a remotely controlled smart home system.

Large glass surfaces and unique metal barriers

"The architecture of the residential complex is designed with contemporary elegance, closeness to nature and sustainability in mind," they say. "In the design, the developers have combined a clean, modern design with a harmonious integration of greenery."

They point out that the building's façade, with its bright colours, large glass surfaces and unique balconies with almost airy metal railings, provides a sense of spaciousness while preserving the privacy of the occupants.

Uninterrupted market demand generated the investment

According to the announcement, AVICO also worked last year on the construction of more than 230 homes in the Univery development in Yózsefváros and the GreenTop and BlueSide residential complexes in Angyalföld, the latter two of which were also reported by our newspaper.
