This residential project in Pest redefines luxury urban living.
Polat Hungary Kft. has agreed with Raiffeisen Bank Hungary on a three-year financing agreement worth a total of more than HUF 24 billion (EUR 60 million) for the development of the exclusive residential complex project Seven Pearl, according to the company's announcement.
The Seven Pearl is a symbol of sustainability, quality and long-term vision.
The project is located in the heart of Budapest's historic 7th district, the so-called „Jewish Quarter”, right next to the Dohány Street Synagogue, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This part of the city is the cultural and social centre of Budapest, surrounded by world-class restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.
The development of Seven Pearl is consistent with the long-term investment strategy of Polat Holding, the parent company of Polat Hungary Kft., which is based on sustainability and quality.
The project comprises more than 160 residential units and 10 commercial units and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Raiffeisen Bank strengthens its portfolio in line with its sustainability strategy
The agreement fits in with Raiffeisen Bank's long-term investment strategy, which focuses on supporting sustainable, high-quality property developments that create long-term value. As an experienced developer, Polat Holding creates premium residential projects that, based on the past decades, are in constant demand among buyers looking for stable investment value, and Seven Pearl is exactly that.
At the intersection of history and modern comfort
The Seven Pearl Budapest redefines luxury urban living in the heart of the city's 7th district, combining modern elegance with the rich cultural heritage of one of Europe's most iconic neighbourhoods.
Located at 10 Dohány Street and 8–10 Síp Street, the development is just a few steps away from Europe's largest synagogue and offers residents a unique opportunity to live at the intersection of history and modern comfort.
The aim of the development is to provide an unrivalled urban lifestyle, combining modern design, premium services and a vibrant community life in the heart of Budapest.
