The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2027, adjacent to the Dohány Street Synagogue.

Polat Hungary Kft. has agreed with Raiffeisen Bank Hungary on a three-year financing agreement worth a total of more than HUF 24 billion (EUR 60 million) for the development of the exclusive residential complex project Seven Pearl, according to the company's announcement.

The Seven Pearl is a symbol of sustainability, quality and long-term vision.

The project is located in the heart of Budapest's historic 7th district, the so-called „Jewish Quarter”, right next to the Dohány Street Synagogue, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. This part of the city is the cultural and social centre of Budapest, surrounded by world-class restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

The development of Seven Pearl is consistent with the long-term investment strategy of Polat Holding, the parent company of Polat Hungary Kft., which is based on sustainability and quality.

The project comprises more than 160 residential units and 10 commercial units and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
