Road building
A section of Kunbajai Road in Bácsalmás has been resurfaced with new asphalt.
Asphalting work on Kunbajai Road took place in Bácsalmás in November, according to the Bácsalmási Hírek website. The site previously published a video about the construction work taking place on the section between Backnang Road and Mausz Rezső Street.
The reconstruction was carried out by Soltút Kft. on behalf of the local council.
As part of the preparatory work, the kerb was repaired, and then asphalting began with temporary traffic restrictions in place. During the work, 250 metres of road surface was renewed.
Passenger car traffic was restricted during the works, but remained possible, while freight traffic was temporarily closed off from Backnang Road to Mausz Rezső Street.
