With four decades of experience, an engineering approach and comprehensive quality assurance, the company builds detached houses and industrial developments.

Az Imperial Holding egy több mint 40 éve működő családi vállalkozás, amely mára a hazai családiház-építési piac mintegy 20 százalékát fedi le.

In addition to residential construction projects, the group is also active in industrial projects – such as the construction of industrial halls, warehouses and logistics facilities – and also undertakes its own development projects, typically in the form of small apartment blocks and semi-detached houses.

The company’s operations are based on three key principles: enterprise-grade security, end-to-end process control and advanced quality assurance. Prevention plays a key role in our projects: critical work phases are accompanied by on-site engineering supervision, meaning that the majority of errors can be identified and rectified during the construction phase.

The processes are strictly regulated: every stage of the work is documented before the covering is installed; each phase is checked by both the site manager and the responsible technical manager; and handover and invoicing only take place once these checks have been completed. The „four-eyes principle” ensures that all work is checked by several engineers, whilst the documentation and e-log provide complete transparency for clients.

When applying prefabricated technologies, only systems with ÉMI certification are used, which are manufactured under industrial conditions. This provides both a solution to the shortage of skilled workers and a guarantee of high quality.

Independent certification and nationwide coverage

The company has held an AAA rating – the highest level of complaint-free certification – for over two years. Furthermore, it won the MagyarBrands Excellent Business Brand Award in both 2024 and 2025 among general contractors specialising in the construction of detached houses.

Every year, they build hundreds of detached houses across the country at a standardised price. Thanks to their extensive network of partners, distance does not incur any additional costs: there is no need to pay for travel or accommodation.

A carefully selected team of experts

One of the company’s greatest assets is the network of subcontractors it has built up over the decades. The selection process follows a rigorous system: applicants’ references are checked in person, their professional qualifications are assessed, and their ability to interpret technical drawings and carry out practical work is also evaluated.

New partners work under constant supervision during the first few weeks, enabling us to identify any teams that do not meet our standards. The contractual system provides legal safeguards for all parties involved.

Dozens of concurrent construction projects under control

Carrying out hundreds of projects each year requires a highly organised operation. It is not uncommon for them to coordinate 30 to 50 construction sites simultaneously, which represents a capacity that is unique in the market.

The construction sites are open to the public, so anyone can see the quality of the work for themselves and speak directly to current clients.

Knowledge-based operations with a detailed monitoring system

One of the cornerstones of the company’s operations is its detailed quality control system. A separate checklist has been drawn up for each work process, which form part of a central knowledge base. This ensures that every project is delivered to the same high standard.

Documented experience is constantly adding to this system, meaning that the organisation is built not on individual knowledge but on a collective professional foundation. A separate checklist has even been drawn up for such minor details as the installation of door handles or skirting boards.

Coordinated processes from design to completion

The key to the success of construction projects lies in careful planning. Designers and project managers work together right from the start, ensuring that every technical detail is clarified in advance.

For every project, the company carries out a design coordination process, during which the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs are harmonised. This eliminates inconsistencies and prevents the need for improvisation during construction.

This allows the project manager to work on the basis of a fully developed plan, enabling faster and more cost-effective implementation.

Highly qualified project management

Project management is carried out exclusively by engineers who hold higher education qualifications and have several years of professional experience. Team members often have a background in large corporations, which contributes to our organised operations and well-established processes.

Affordable, modern homes

The company’s aim is to provide modern, energy-efficient homes at an affordable price. Cost-effectiveness is ensured through well-optimised processes, standardised designs and high-volume procurement.

A business model built on efficiency

The organisation deliberately keeps its fixed costs low, enabling it to offer competitive prices. Large-scale purchases of materials provide a significant cost advantage, which is passed on to customers.

Precise process control reduces costs arising from errors, thereby eliminating the need for risk premiums.

A wide range of technologies and flexible design

The company works with over 1,300 standard designs and eight different construction technologies, offering a unique range of options on the domestic market. The designs are always adapted to local regulations and individual requirements.

The IT system that tracks the supply chain continuously updates prices, ensuring that customers always have access to up-to-date information.

The Imperial Holding makes three fundamental commitments:

  • fixed price;
  • consistent quality;
  • fixed deadline.

Predictable prices and secure financing

The works are carried out under fixed-price contracts, meaning that the agreed price remains unchanged throughout the project, except in the event of changes to the technical specifications.

The payment schedule is aligned with the bank financing, which provides security for clients. The company’s financial strength also allows for potential pre-financing, ensuring that projects can proceed without interruption.

The operations of Imperial Holding are characterised by a stable foundation, a structured approach and an engineering mindset, which are evident in both residential and industrial projects.
