As in previous years, the KÉSZ Csoport has once again thrown its weight behind a worthy cause.

KÉSZ Csoport has helped to create a healing environment at the Bethesda Children’s Hospital in the András Simon Building on Hermina út. The company refurbished six therapy rooms, which are visited by tens of thousands of children and families every year for psychological, psychotherapeutic and special educational sessions.

Not just rooms, but handrails too

„There are spaces where the environment means more than just a room. It provides a sense of security and a lifeline for children and families going through one of the most difficult periods of their lives” – writes KÉSZ Csoport on its Facebook page, where it has also posted a video of the completed work.

The company considered it a top priority to refurbish six therapy rooms this year in the András Simon Building on Hermina út at Bethesda Children’s Hospital.

The building welcomes nearly 50,000 children and families every year, so the development has the potential to have a positive impact on the daily lives of many thousands of people.

Every little detail counts

Children often arrive at the therapy rooms in a state of emotional distress, which is why creating the right environment plays a particularly important role in supporting their recovery and sense of security.

As KÉSZ Csoport emphasised, every little detail counts at times like this – the atmosphere of the space, the calmness of the surroundings, and the sense of care that the rooms convey to those who enter.

The work was completed in two days

According to the company, thanks to the coordinated efforts of teams KÉSZ Csoport and KÉSZ Építő, the demolition, mechanical engineering, tiling and painting work was completed in just two days.

This was particularly important because the therapy rooms are operating at full capacity, so the aim was to ensure that the children could use them again as soon as possible.

A collaboration between volunteers and professionals

The professionals and volunteers involved in the initiative worked with great dedication to ensure that the refurbished spaces were not merely aesthetically enhanced, but also provided genuine support for the children and their families.

The KÉSZ Csoport team emphasised that they were proud to have been part of this joint effort, which can provide tangible assistance to those who need it most.
