The homes of the future are moving into a shared space in March – Lakópark XPO is launching
The Lakópark XPO event is organised in partnership with Magyar Építők, with the participation of numerous interested investors and experts.
At this large-scale property market event, which is free to attend but requires registration, residential park developers, experts and specific projects await interested visitors; this means that visitors can get answers to all their questions in one place, as well as real help with their purchase.
On 21 March 2026, MOM Sport will host the Lakópark XPO event, where the homes of the future will be available in one place.
Everything you need to create a home
Residential park developers, service providers, experts, financial solutions, inspiring presentations and family-friendly programmes await visitors. What's more, the winners of the Residential Park of the Year competition will be announced here for the first time, with the awards being presented the day before, on 20 March.
Forty-seven projects are competing in the contest, and the expert jury will announce winners in two categories (Residential Park of the Year and Completed Residential Park of the Year).
