Exciting new project for Váci út office corridor wins award

As a special feature of the development, the new headquarters of Láng Negyed (formerly FINA) will be built in World Aquatics. The nearly 20,000 m² complex will include training facilities, swimming pools, a diving tower, rehabilitation units, athlete accommodation, exclusive and communal office spaces, and gastronomic units. Our newspaper also reported on the groundbreaking ceremony for the new World Aquatics centre last October.

The project also came into focus when, in January, Zsanett Rózsahegyi, project manager of Láng Negyed, won the Female Business Personality of the Year award.

In terms of functional design, however, it was emphasised that the office building primarily serves a modern office function, complemented by commercial and hospitality units located on the ground floor. „The retail units facing Váci út, Forgách utca and the planned World Aquatics promenade ensure excellent visibility and lively pedestrian traffic, creating a strong urban presence,” they emphasised.

Complementing all this, the restaurant serving the office building's employees opens onto the internal park, providing direct access to the green environment and offering a nature-oriented experience for everyday rejuvenation.

The project's creator has nearly 30 years of experience in property development.

The summary also presents Southblaze Kft. as the developer of Láng Negyed: according to this, the owner and initiator of the project is part of a dynamically developing Hungarian group of companies primarily engaged in property development, hotel operation and real estate investment.

With nearly 30 years of experience in property development, the group currently consists of more than sixty companies, operates dozens of offices and accommodation facilities across the country, and is working on the development and handover of several thousand apartments on a regular basis.
