The Group is constantly looking for new colleagues for both intellectual and physical jobs: it offers scholarships and traineeships for students of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Scholarship holders will receive a net monthly allowance of HUF 250,000 per month for 12 months, based on 20 hours of work per week. The company will take into account the students' studies and academic commitments, as their progress will be given priority. So, if you can take on more, your salary will be in proportion. If they do less, their pay will be proportionate.
The company offers the opportunity to visit real construction sites and students can also try their hand at preparation, construction management, construction and entrepreneurship. The aim of Bayer Construct Zrt. is to give young people an insight into everything during their year with the company to help them choose a career.
Application criteria: minimum cumulative weighted average of 3.51 and a minimum of 120 credits in BSc courses are a prerequisite for admission. Applications are invited to [email protected], due by 1 August 2024.
There will also be personal interviews with applicants and monthly reports on their experience in different areas.

Two years ago, Bayer Construct Zrt., together with two other major construction companies, Market Építő Zrt. and the KÉSZ Group, established a sectoral training centre. The aim of Tudásépítő Team aims to train students and adults to become construction professionals who are able to create lasting value in the construction industry using the latest technologies.
