New player enters the energy industry

The Energiakapu Kft. was established in January 2024 with several objectives: on the one hand, it aims to provide a suitable procurement background for the Vemergetika Kft., which has been operating since 2022, and on the other hand, to offer high-quality products at favourable prices to companies interested in the energy market, primarily in the solar industry, by leveraging its international connections.

Personal and online showroom

Almost at the same time as the company was founded, a showroom was built at the VEMÉV-SZER site, where the most important products distributed by Energiakapu, such as SUNTREE electrical materials, were displayed, the HQ Mount solar mounting systems and the AE Solar and ULICA solar panels, as well as the Sofar inverters. The warehouse and showroom are now fully operational.

In February 2024, after the warehouse was filled, the Energiakapu website was launched, reflecting the entire range of products from the very beginning. Although the company is naturally happy to fulfil individual requests, its basic range includes everything needed to install a solar panel system, from solar panels and inverters to mounting systems and electrical safety products.

"In the latter two, we are waiting for our partners with market-leading, special offers" - Krisztián Patkó pointed out.

It is important to note that access to the website is subject to registration, which, after verification, is only granted to companies with a genuine interest in the energy industry, thus protecting the interests of their partners, as end users are not allowed to know the wholesale prices.

- said the manager, adding that Energiakapu Kft. also distributes products from two other Chinese companies that are recognised on the international market. HQ Mount is a manufacturer established in 2008, specialising in aluminium and steel solar mounting systems. Their 15,000 square meter manufacturing facility has a capacity of over 120 MW per month and several of their products are patented. Of particular note is the custom design and manufacturing capability available for flat-roof solar installations and large ground-mounted mounting systems.

"This wide choice is reflected in the Energy Gate range. In addition to the stable flat-roof system, which is recognised in the domestic market as being easy and quick to install, pitched-roof structures and ground-mounted units with ground screws are also available from stock," the managing director told us.

"One of our greatest successes is that SUNTREE, an internationally renowned manufacturer of electrical materials for decades, has chosen us as its European distribution centre. In the future, European customers will receive their orders from Energiakapu's warehouse", emphasized Krisztián Patkó.

The SUNTREE products cover the complete range of installation materials: from solar cables to fire disconnectors, AC and DC side pre-mounted junction boxes to surge regulators, everything is available - in high quality, with CE and TÜV certificates.

Great interest

There has been a lot of interest from potential partners, with more than 200 customers already registered for the online shop. As the head of the company pointed out:

"Our partners appreciate fast, efficient service, quality products and market-leading prices."

Businesses interested in electrical installation should also register, because the SUNTREE's high quality ferrules, pipe clips, glands and circuit breakers represent the best prices on the domestic market. And the range is constantly expanding.

"We would like to widely distribute the SUNTREE and HQ Mount products both in the domestic and European markets - Krisztián Patkó told us about the company's long-term plans. "To this end, the VEMÉV-SZER Group is planning further investments together with SUNTREE, including the construction of a new site where, in addition to warehouse and office functions, a production department can be built."
