With a history of more than 35 years, Óbuda Group, a leading player in the Hungarian construction industry, combines its design and engineering activities.

The group is committed to an approach and innovative solutions that meet the challenges of our time. On the customer side, it is increasingly becoming a basic requirement to provide the services offered by the areas of operation of Óbuda Group to provide services in a complex and unified manner and to ensure an integrated framework. The decision to merge was made in order to further deepen this commitment.

With this move, the group aims to strengthen the synergies of its highly qualified team of experts and focus on a diversified range of services and an efficient cooperation structure for both domestic and international clients.

"I am delighted to announce our decision to merge, which will both increase value for our customers and partners and support our company in leveraging the synergies available. The concentration of our complex package of services required by real estate developments and large industrial investment projects in one hand, the smoothness of our relationships, the broader ownership and the leveraging of efficiencies will all contribute to the success of our partners. This strategic move is the result of careful analysis, due diligence and careful consideration. As reflected in our think ahead slogan, we are forward thinking and provide a comprehensive solution." - said Peter Kálmán, CEO of Óbuda Group.
