Sopron's new crèche in cheerful colours - VIDEO

The technical handover has taken place at Sopron's new nursery, which is attractive with its colours and modernity. The general contractor for the institution on Hillebrand Street, SWIETELSKY Magyarország Kft., completed the project on schedule in 14 months, so the building and its interior are now ready to welcome children. We previously presented this special investment in a detailed article. During the design phase, great emphasis was placed on modern exterior and interior colours, and high quality was a priority when selecting the coverings.

The project staff and contractors provided the necessary capacity and expertise to ensure high quality throughout the completion works, right up to the handover.

In the final phase, the building's final appearance was created with gardens, small motor paths, water fountains, and the operation of all building systems was also coordinated - emphasized Gábor Kiss. These are also shown in our charming video.

Huge covered terrace and special playground for active recreation

SWIETELSKY has also built an exercise room and a salt room in the 84-seat, modern, accessible building. The company also worked with its own colleagues to build the roads and utilities for the development.

The three-part building, which covers a total of 1,183 square metres, offers a modern, accessible environment for children. Two classrooms per building, for a total of six classrooms. The building complex also includes a kitchen block and a utility area. There is also a separate filing room and staff toilets in each unit.

The facility includes a 230 square metre covered terrace with canopies, a side garden and a fun playground with special elements. The 22-space car park is barrier-free and there is also storage for 15 bicycles.

The high-quality, well-equipped crèche was built as an investment by the municipality of the city.
