Two road upgrades will make everyday life smoother for businesses and residents in the town of Békés
The asphalt resurfacing of two potholed rural roads has been completed in Mezőkovácsháza, Békés county. 244 million HUF from the Rural Development Programme was spent on the reconstruction of two access roads in the town of 5,300 inhabitants.
More than three kilometres of road resurfaced
The contractor, Laurus Duo Kft., reconstructed the Henrik Major road for a length of approximately 860 metres at a width of 4.2 metres, and the access road 67 Major for a length of 2158 metres at a width of 3-4 metres. The roads have been resurfaced with asphalt to improve accessibility and safety for 13 commercial properties and a number of gardens and residential properties in the Major.
