The description reveals that the work will be carried out as part of the second phase of the market hall's modernisation: the landscaping will be carried out by VEMÉV-SZERConstruction and Installation Industry Kft.VEMÉV-SZER Construction and Installation Industry Kft., while the architectural work will be carried out by KIVSZER Építőipari Kivitelező és Szervező Kft..

In the course of the environmental rehabilitation, the existing market hall will be demolished, including the asphalt pavement and the paving stones. At the same time, the project will include the construction of a drainage shaft and a storm drain, as well as the construction of a new paving and asphalting works by VEMÉV-SZER.

The architectural modernisation to be carried out by KIVSZER includes a complete architectural, mechanical and electrical renovation of the bathroom block.
