In a consortium of three contractors: Épkar Ltd. – West Hungária Bau Kft. – Magyar Építő Zrt. Paks' new residential park will be built through their joint efforts, according to information provided to our newspaper by the construction consortium.  According to their brief statement, three residential blocks will be built as part of the project. These will contain a total of 500 flats.

Each block will be different, one will be 4-6 storeys high, another 3-4, and the third will be three storeys high, with a basement under each. There will also be parking spaces here and between the buildings.

Utility improvements are in the planning phase. The works include the construction of the three blocks of condominiums, as well as other related facilities such as surface and underground parking, and access roads to the residential complex. Parking for future residents will be provided in the basement underground car parks of all three blocks, according to the consortium carrying out the works. They also indicated that retail space will be provided per block.

Construction of the Léna Housing Park in Paks started in May 2024. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
