Once again, exercise, relaxation and shared experiences brought together the staff of the HE-DO group and their families. This year, Kékesi Sportegyesület once again organised the now traditional KSE Sport Napot event, which was hosted at one of the Mátra’s popular leisure venues.

The aim of this year’s family day was, once again, to give colleagues and their families the chance to spend a day together in a relaxed setting, away from their everyday work. The natural surroundings of the Mátra and the varied programme of activities offered relaxation for people of all ages.

The community was at the heart of it all

The event was opened by Tamás Dobróka, the owner of HE-DO. In his speech, he emphasised the unifying power of the community and the importance of shared experiences, after which Nándor Barna, chairman of the Kékesi Sportegyesület Chess Club, welcomed the participants.

Following the opening ceremony, the programme of events began. Families were able to explore what the venue had to offer together, whilst colleagues had the chance to meet and chat with one another outside the workplace.

Adventure and relaxation in the Mátra Mountains

Once again this year, activities offering active leisure played an important role in the programme. Adventurous participants were able to test their skills in various challenges and adventures, whilst those who preferred more relaxed activities were able to spend their time in the park and the mountainous surroundings.

There was also a wide range of activities on offer for children: fun tasks and entertaining attractions awaited them throughout the day. Many of the adults also joined in the shared adventures, meaning that several generations were able to take part in the activities together.

Thanks to KSE Sakk Szakosztály, challenges requiring strategic thinking were once again part of the programme. Around the chess tables, children and adults alike were able to test their skills against one another, meaning that sport and community experiences came together in a variety of ways once again.

Together, even outside work

The KSE Sport Nap event provides an opportunity for staff and their family members to meet in a more relaxed setting. At the event, colleagues were able to spend a day together outside the context of their everyday working lives, this time in the natural surroundings of the Mátra.

The joint activities, conversations and moments of fun once again added to the atmosphere of Sports Day this year. The photographs taken during the day will serve as lasting mementoes of the time we spent together.
