The tobacco factory in Sátoraljaújhely received a two-bay hall

The 1200 square metre warehouse of Continental Dohányipari Csoport has been inaugurated at the Pataki Road industrial estate in Sátoraljaújhely, the company said on Wednesday.

According to the information, the warehouse, which was completed with HUF 463 million of the company's own resources, was built as part of the tobacco company's HUF 16.5 billion investment programme, which aims to expand production capacity, modernise warehousing processes and modernise energy efficiency.

The newly inaugurated facility is the first to be built outside the company's historic production site. The work took six months, with design by Virtuál Építész Stúdió and construction by Rex Bau Kft..

The 1,200 square metre two-bay hall has been extended with modern social and office blocks.
