A contract worth more than HUF 8 billion will be signed with the contractor expected to be selected next month through a competitive tender.

A significant investment is being made to build 257 flats as part of the WING Római Park project. It will be the District III’s newest sustainable residential complex, situated near the banks of the Danube, and is expected to be handed over in 2026, following the completion of structural works in August 2024 commenced – according to data published by the property developer.

The A+ energy rated residential project, designed with energy and cost efficient solutions, is expected to be delivered in 2026.

Now, the parent company of NEO Property Services, listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange, announced that the construction company had won the project in a multi-round tender, worth more than HUF 8 billion. The signing of the general construction contract is expected next month, following the successful conclusion of contract negotiations, according to the announcement.

Five minutes' walk from the Danube

The Roman Park will be located in the Pinekösdfürdő street in the north of Buda, on the corner of Hatvany Lajos street, 5 minutes walk from the Danube, close to the Roman beach.

The area around the project has a very good infrastructure, with a playground, a nursery, a kindergarten, a school, a high school, a vocational college and a university faculty nearby.

And the renovated Pünkösdfürdő Park and the Pünkösdfürdő beach offer nearby recreational opportunities for future residents.
