The development of the energy system follows the growth of the region

Thanks to the newly installed capacity, the network is ready to serve developments in the city and surrounding area, whether these are new residential areas, industrial parks or energy-intensive plants.

They made the system resistant with ground cables.

As part of the investment, a new switch and control building with a floor area of almost 400 square metres and two new converter units were also built, which reduce high voltage to the medium voltage required for everyday use. The new equipment is also capable of handling higher power, and the medium-voltage network cables have been laid underground instead of the previous overhead lines, making the system more resistant to weather and environmental influences.
