What is being built?

We have seen on numerous occasions just how valuable synergies within a group of companies can be when carrying out a major construction project. The latest example of this has now been reported by KÉSZ Csoport in its press release, which also showcases one of Salgótarján’s most significant commercial developments.
The CPI Hungary development is set to become the town’s first STOP SHOP retail park: the building’s external structure is now complete, and work on the interior is in full swing. The report summarises the coordinated efforts that have enabled the building’s façade to be sealed and the roof to be made watertight; the building’s supporting structure and external cladding have also been completed.
It is a good example of the cooperation within KÉSZ Csoporton
Mátyás Gereben, country manager for CPI Hungary, emphasised in the statement that the project is being carried out in close collaboration with KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt., that the work phases are progressing smoothly, and that the interim deadlines have been met.
This was confirmed by Béla Ármos, Chief Executive Officer of KÉSZ Építő Zrt., who also highlighted the Stop Shop Salgótarján project from other perspectives.
„This is a fine example of how coordinated collaboration within KÉSZ Csoporton, efficient resource management and a high standard of professional work yield tangible results. We are particularly proud that the member companies of KÉSZ Csoport deliver outstanding performance in the fields of industrial flooring, façade cladding and mechanical engineering.”
Shops that haven’t been available here until now are setting up shop in the city
The report also reveals details of the development: a number of well-known domestic and international brands are set to open shops in the retail park, which covers more than 7,500 square metres. Tenants who have already signed leases include Deichmann, dm, Háda, Ecofamily, DRK, Takko, TEDi, Euronics, Retro, Pepco and Sinsay. This development will therefore bring several shops to Salgótarján that were previously unavailable in the town.
The building will be fitted with energy-efficient building services systems, state-of-the-art lighting, electric vehicle charging points and environmentally conscious solutions. The retail park will also feature a children’s playground, bicycle storage facilities, accessible car parks and convenient transport links.
