launched its first residential development in Bucharest, KÉSZ Csoport, under the name Corallis. The project is being implemented entirely as an own investment by the group, with the cooperation of its member companies.
The TILIA office building, which is part of the KÉSZ Csoport project and combines modern and Art Nouveau elements, will be inaugurated in the second quarter of 2025, with Lufthansa Systems Hungária among its first tenants.
