From castles in Székely Land to property development in Bucharest – KÉSZ Romania's past year captured in drone footage
The Romanian subsidiary of KÉSZ Csoport presents its projects for 2025 in a spectacular video. The animated summary available on the Facebook page of KÉSZ Romania jumps from location to location. From a bird's eye view, in less than 10 seconds on average, it presents more than 15 projects, mostly – but not exclusively – in Transylvania.
To pique your interest, we will list a few of them here, but we recommend that all our readers click on the video: it is less than two minutes long, but all the more spectacular for it.
The last of the projects presented was the Sepsikőröspatak Kálnoky Castle in Sepsikőröspatak: this historic building, which is undergoing extensive renovation, is one of the largest castles in Háromszék and probably in the entire Székely Land. The building has been inhabited since the 16th century, and each generation has made changes to it, so the great challenge is to revive these different styles.
You can also view construction of the Cluj-Napoca University of Technology (UTCN) research centre specialising in artificial intelligence. The more than 13,000-square-metre facility reached structural completion in the summer; among other things, thirty laboratories and several conference rooms will be created as part of the investment.
Construction is also underway in Bucharest
The construction work on the Corallis Residential Park in the Romanian capital will also be presented: the complex is being built in the northern part of Bucharest, on the shores of Lake Grivița, on a plot of more than 15,000 square metres. The residential park is being built entirely as an investment by the group of companies in cooperation with its member companies. The developer is KÉSZ Ingatlan, while the general contractor is KÉSZ Romania.
Furthermore, among other things, the restoration of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium building in Oradea, the KÉSZ Csoport's own new 4,000 square metre centre in Turda, the 2,200-square-metre extension of the Nagyszalonta City Hospital, and the renovation of the Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption in Felsőbánya can also be seen in the video.
