The M4 motorway project moves forward with spectacular asphalt works
Asphalting has been ramping up ahead of the winter shutdown on the M4 motorway project, and our video was there to witness the spectacular work. Thanks to this move, the base course has been built on the entire section by the general contractor Duna Aszfalt Projekt Zrt., but construction of the first and second tie-layers has been ongoing and they too are now at 60% completion, awaiting the resumption of work.
On the entire 34.29-kilometre stretch between Törökszentmiklós and Kisújszállás, the asphalt works will be closely followed by the finalisation of the embankment and the construction of the gullies, as well as the humming, grassing and landscaping of the gullies.
