A new chapter in the Hungarian construction industry: the law on public construction projects has been adopted
A single law will apply to all public construction projects in the future.
At the Parliament session on 4 July, the law on public works was adopted by 135 votes in favour, 49 against and 9 abstentions. Thanks to the legislation, a single law will apply to all public works in the future. The law will apply to all projects financed at least 50% from the Hungarian budget or from EU funds.
