Hall and office built in the agglomeration of the capital through the coordinated construction of three business sectors

The investment to expand the headquarters of Raben Group in Dunaharaszti has been inaugurated, according to the community page of Value 4 Real Kft., the company that both designed and built the development. In addition to the expansion of the warehouse, the project also includes the construction of a new head office building for the international group of companies involved in warehousing and transport.

Value 4 Real Kft. reports on the project as the most complex and largest Design & Build project to date, with the construction of a 3,500 square metre multi-purpose hall building built from precast concrete elements. This is complemented by a two-storey headquarters building with open offices, meeting rooms and a canteen, covering an area of around 1,500 square metres.

The special feature of the project is that a single warehouse with a floor area of more than 7,500 square metres was created by connecting it to the existing hall building. The project was completed in almost 1.5 years, with the coordinated work of all three business units (architecture, construction, project management) of Value 4 Real Kft. from concept design to handover.
