The apartment hotel in the capital of Lake Balaton will soon be ready for construction

Construction of the Sió Residence apartment hotel in Siófok is proceeding according to plan – as reported by on its social media page Dryvit Profi Kft. According to a report from the Debrecen-based construction company, work is currently underway on concreting the slab above the first floor, and the building will soon be structurally complete.

According to the Hungarian company's website, the three-storey apartment hotel being built on the banks of the Sió is characterised by its green surroundings and clean, modern interiors. The atrium-style building with a central corridor will have two wings. The wings will house living spaces, while the two wings will accommodate rooms and other ancillary functions.

The hostel, which will open at the end of the year, will have 40 apartments with a green roof on the top floor. Each apartment will have its own bathroom, entrance hall and terrace, with a kitchen-dining room, laundry room, lounge and reception area on each floor.
