Great interest in new apartments near Városliget

High proportion of local residents among buyers

The aim is to create energy-efficient, modern buildings in Dürer Park combined with an office complex, the investor said.

An inner park and a promenade will also be opened

An important part of the project is its connection to the renovated City Park. The 3.7 hectare site is being reborn

As summarized earlier, the 3.7-hectare site, including office buildings and park, was originally a Catholic school founded by the Sacre Couer (Sacred Heart) sisters in the late 19th century, in the golden age of the Monarchy, in the neighbourhood of the elegant Zuckló district and the City Park. However, this area has not escaped the historical storms of the 20th century: it was also the site of the political college of the old regime, the location of several architecturally unworthy buildings and the site of one of the capital's popular multicultural complexes. Over the decades, the buildings and the park have steadily deteriorated, but now the area is being reborn by preserving the architectural remains of the old buildings, creating new contemporary buildings and renewing the original park.
