More than half of Buda's new district already built

We are continuously reporting on the development of BudaPart, a new urban quarter being built in the 11th district of the capital, near Kopaszi Dam. Property Market Kft., or Market Csoport, a subsidiary specialising in real estate development founded in 2015, launched the BudaPart mega-project in 2016, which is being implemented in phases in the form of the Market Építő Zrt. . Most recently, we reported on the handover of a new residential building in April.

The company has now posted a Facebook post and video about the construction project to mark the completion of more than 60 per cent of the development.

Budapest's largest development in modern history will be built on 54 hectares - nearly half of which will be green space - and will become home and workplace for up to 25-30 thousand people by the end of the project

The neighbourhood follows the concept of a 15-minute city, where all necessary services - grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, GP and many more -, jobs and recreational facilities are within walking or cycling distance.
