What is being built?
New residential complex built along the Rákos stream in the XIII district
The first phase of the 165-unit Le Jardin residential development, which is part of the LIVING investment associated with WING. The residential park is located in a green, park-like environment on Rozsnyay Street in the 13th district, with the Rákos stream flowing next to the building, which is directly accessible to residents, according to a press release sent to our newspaper. As we reported on the occasion of the topping-out ceremony for the investment, the general contractor was NEO Property Services.
In Le Jardin, residential properties ranging from studio apartments to five-bedroom penthouses with efficient floor plans and panoramic views have been developed, and the project also includes 19 garden-connected homes. The residential development's underground parking garage has 188 parking spaces, 58 of which are equipped with electric chargers.
The residential complex with a total of 2337 m² of grassland and 45 saplings offers a green environment for residents.
Also close to the Váci út office corridor
The development is located close to Váci út, so the transport infrastructure is very good, the city centre is easily accessible by car and public transport in several ways: the M3 metro line Forgách Street stop is a 10-minute walk from the project, and the tram 14 stop is a 5-minute walk away. For those who like an active lifestyle, cycling is also provided, as there is a completely separate cycle path near the complex. In the immediate vicinity of the project, there is a playground, a kindergarten, a school, two high schools, a vocational school and a university.
"The delivery of the first phase of Le Jardin is an important milestone in the history of LIVING, as it is the greenest residential development in our portfolio. Throughout the developmentwe have placed a strong emphasis on green solutions, with the A+ energy rated apartment complex featuring a heat pump for cooling, heating and hot water, and a state-of-the-art ceiling heating system. The sustainability of the residential complex is further enhanced by the fact that BREEAM has been awarded a "very good" rating in the design phase of its first phase, making it one of the first sustainability-certified residential projects in the domestic market"
