Logistics centre expanded in Biatorbágy, new tenants move in

LogiCube Park successfully handed over the second 3,800 square metre facility of its logistics development this year, as planned, and the complex itself has been awarded the logistics park certification, according to a press release. In the second phase of the project, which was inaugurated at the beginning of the year, the developer offers 3 800 square metres of warehouse space and 750 square metres of office space.

The green solutions and technical content used in the development (green façade, heat pump cooling and heating system, and more than 100 kVA of solar panels) have taken the A+ energy rating to an even higher level from a sustainability point of view, they point out.

New tenants: MedRes and Kärcher

Part of the logistics facility has already been leased to well-known, reliable tenants, whose presence further enhances the value and community of the business park. The healthcare sector company MedRes has already started moving in and will soon start manufacturing in its new premises. The location of the logistics park and the availability of production space and office space that can be tailored to the company's needs was a key factor for the company.

The LogiCube Park has also been chosen by Kärcher, an international leader in industrial and domestic cleaning technology, as its new 1,000 square metre service and logistics centre in Hungary. In addition, an industrial showroom and a training centre have been set up to welcome existing and future partners

Significant recognition for the logistics park certification

The LogiCube Park has recently been awarded the Ministry of National Economy's Logistics Park certification, which not only officially allows the site to carry out logistics activities, but also recognises the high quality of the property, its favourable geographical location and the quality of the services provided. The certification will further enhance the attractiveness of the park for both domestic and international tenants and investors.

The complex can be easily and quickly reached from the capital and the M0/M1/M7 motorways, and is also accessible by public transport thanks to the nearby railway station and bus stop. The press release stresses that 1,750 sqm of modern warehouse space and 220 sqm of office space, which can be flexibly adapted to individual needs, will remain available for tenants.
