M1: Construction has already reached the concrete stage on the bridge being built at Nagyegyháza.
The reconstruction and rebuilding of bridges and overpasses is ongoing as part of the M1 mega-project. New overpass elements have already been erected at several locations. This means that specialists are now working day and night shifts to complete the formwork and concrete the track slabs, according to the latest MKIF – Magyar Koncessziós Infrastruktúra Fejlesztő Zrt. latest, Facebook page.
This time, photographs show the work being done on the new agricultural and wildlife crossing being built at Nagyegyháza, for which 510 cubic metres of concrete were used. The track slab weighs over 1,300 tonnes.
In addition to bridge construction, over the past few weeks, the company's employees have carried out nearly fifty different work processes at more than 60 locations on the section between M0 – Tatabánya and Komárom – Concó, they add and list these. Among other things
- construction of cuts and embankments;
- construction of new wildlife fences and demolition of old ones;
- construction of heavy scaffolding;
- earthworks, soil replacement, preparation of concrete for installation,
- construction of bridge backfills, performing measurements;
- preparation of paving works, selection of paving slabs, milling of road surfaces;
- tree felling;
- and embankment construction
