The 257-apartment complex, five minutes from the Danube, has reached its highest point

The construction of LIVING's first residential development in Buda is proceeding according to schedule: Római Park, located in District III and with an A+ energy rating, has reached the structural completion stage, according to information sent to our newspaper. We previously wrote about the project we wrote that the general contractor is NEO Property Services, and the value of the works is more than HUF 8 billion.

The 257-apartment residential complex, which is being built in the green belt of North Buda, will be attractive not only because of its sustainable architecture, but also because of the community services available to residents and its proximity to the Danube bank within 5 minutes. Sales of the apartments in the Római Park at the corner of Pünkösdfürdő utca and Hatvany Lajos utca in District III are currently underway, with delivery expected in the second half of 2026.

The A+ energy-rated Római Park, the first residential park in Buda belonging to WING and LIVING belonging to WING, reached its highest point in July 2025, in line with the construction schedule.
