The eleventh residential building in the district is being built next to the central park of BudaPart.

In the waterfront district of Újbuda, the pre-registration period for the "BRI" residential building has begun at BudaParton. The eight-storey building with a uniform appearance will house a total of 178 apartments. Located in the immediate vicinity of an internal park, the building will feature modern engineering, sustainable solutions and an internal garden, according to a statement by the developer Property Market. The residential building belonging to the Market group – as well as the entire BudaPart construction project – is being built by Market Építő Zrt. is the general contractor.

Eight storeys of new flats are being built

The 8-storey "BRI" building, designed by the architectural firm KÖZTI architectural firm, the 8-storey "BRI" building – which will be the 11th residential property on BudaParton – will house a total of 178 flats ranging in size from 30 to 145 square metres. Sustainability plays a significant role in the project, with a strong emphasis on modern technical solutions.

The building will be energy efficient thanks to its geothermal heating system, and an A+ energy rating is expected for the entire building.

Buyers can personalise their homes, choosing the materials and coverings for the interior design according to their own requirements, and kitchen furniture is also included in the initial sales period. The flats will be equipped with ceiling cooling and heating, digital thermostats and a smart home system. The building also has a private inner garden, which can be viewed from half of the flats. The properties also have balconies or terraces. Pre-registration for the new flats will start at the end of October 2025.

Next to the park

The newest building in the Újbuda district will be constructed next to the central park, in a natural environment, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate both the harmony of green spaces and the excitement of city life. The ground floor of the building will house commercial units, private storage rooms for the apartments and parking spaces.

Since the project began, a total of 1,463 flats have been built in 10 residential buildings in the district, with a further 226 under construction. Following the handover of the BRI building, the BudaPart project will have completed more than 80% of its planned residential buildings. The location and unique features of BudaPart also add value. 85% of the homes built so far have already found owners. The ultimate goal of the development is to build 2,500 flats, creating a fully-fledged, modern district in the heart of Budapest.
