How the arches rise above Diósgyőr Castle

Diósgyőr Castle was built on a rocky outcrop towering above the Szinva Stream valley, thanks to the consortium of Épkar Zrt. and FK-RASZTER Zrt. consortium, it can regain the space it lost centuries ago. Our photos clearly show that many parts of the castle walls have already been completed.

As we wrote in we wrote, construction of the castle could finally resume, so we were able to report significant progress in both the outer and inner castle weeks ago – and now we are showing you a spectacular video of how the work on the stone frames, vaults and stairs is progressing. The masonry work on the star vault of the western bastion will begin shortly, and the outer kitchen building will be covered with a wooden roof structure. In the autumn, the installation of doors and windows can also begin.
