Sight plans: DVM group
Six five-storey buildings are being developed in the up-and-coming part of the capital.

The DVM group residential park development on Andor Street in the 11th district will create a new small town square. The six green-roofed, modern, five-storey buildings of Andor Liget will surround a private park of more than 3,000 m2, while outside, service units ensuring the comfort of residents and locals, as well as a community and playground open to everyone, will also be created as part of the investment , according to a statement sent to our newspaper.

Outdoor space and enclosed garden also built

The construction of the 141-apartment Andor Liget project has begun in a suburban setting on the corner of Andor and Pajkos streets in New Buda. By pulling back the wall of the complex on Pajkos Street, a new small town square is being created, providing an elegant entrance and lobby for the new residential functions. It will house service, commercial and catering outlets, while a part of the green area will be covered with a modern, safe and open playground with rubber surfaces.

The interior of Andor Liget, surrounded by buildings, will feature an enclosed garden for residents the size of more than 10 tennis courts, with a pavilion, furniture and communal spaces, which will be transformed into a relaxing green environment by dozens of trees and hundreds of shrubs and flowers.

While the ground floor apartments have private gardens, the first floor apartments all have balconies or large and spacious terraces. Underground parking, electric car charger, bicycle lockers, individual storage units can be rented for each owner.

Overheads will be extremely low

The A++ energy rating, which means that the apartments will have a near-zero energy demand, will result in barely measurable overheads. Currently, less than 0.5 percent of certified properties in Hungary achieve this rating.

The DVM Group performs all the tasks

"When designing Andor Liget, we thought of a residential complex that offers both the proximity of nature and all the benefits of city living in one of Újbuda's most popular suburban green belt. Accordingly, the key issue was to combine the ideal location for the development with excellent transport and service environment. Taking into account market requirements, we also designed the housing mix to offer not only a unique lifestyle but also an excellent investment opportunity. Accordingly, 1-2 bedroom properties are also available, which, due to their size and amenities, ensure stable rentability and predictable returns." - highlighted Tibor Massányi, Managing Partner of DVM group.

The expert stressed that

The investment will be concentrated in one hand from the design to the handover of the keys at the fully Hungarian-owned group of companies, which has been operating in Hungary for almost 30 years, in order to ensure smooth development and the expected quality.
