Two day nurseries with classrooms built on the south-eastern border of the capital's agglomeration
A 28-seat, two classroom, barrier-free crèche with two classrooms was built in Monorierdő with HUF 420 million non-refundable subsidy
- wrote Tibor Lénárt, pastor of the Monorierdő Reformed Parish, in a statement published on Tuesday.
As it turned out, the parish submitted a grant application in 2022 under the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme, in the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Instrument (RRF) call for support for the establishment of a crèche, which was also supported by the relevant department of the Prime Minister's Office.
The owner and operator of the nursery built as part of the project is the Reformed Church Parish of Monorierdő. According to the nursery's website, the building was designed by Perényi Stúdió Kft., while the construction work was carried out by Lisznyai Építőipari Kereskedelmi Szolgáltató Kft..

The new 28-bed facility, completed in the development, will help reduce spatial disparities in the care and placement of children under 3

According to the Communication, women with children under the age of 3 will have the opportunity to return to the labour market, either part-time or full-time. It added that the project has created 8 new jobs. The physical completion date of the project was 31 December 2024 and the crèche has been fully operational since September 2024.
