Soroksár will double its number of places with a more than 600 million HUF development.

With EU and government support, a new nursery is being built in the 23rd district of the capital, Soroksár, as part of the RRF (Recovery and Resilience Facility), and within the district itself, in Soroksár-Újtelep, on Fatimai Street, located directly on the administrative border of the capital. According to the data in the Public Procurement Notice, the architectural part of the investment will be carried out by Valid Gate Kft. for a net amount of approximately HUF 523 million, while the landscaping work will be carried out by Gold Blond Kft. for a net amount of HUF 99 million. The construction will be carried out based on the plans of DNS-Építészműterem Kft..

Four group rooms will be set up in the nursery, which will care for 56 young children (the youngest will be 20 weeks old and the oldest will be 3 years old). A kitchen capable of catering for 60 people will also be built. According to municipal announcements, this will double the number of nursery places in the district.

The building will be constructed on the ground floor and partly in the attic, with a high roof in some parts and a flat roof in others. The total net floor area of the entire building will be 735.23 square metres. As part of the investment, a system consisting of 100 solar panels will be installed on the roof.

The project will plant 33 saplings, 909 container shrubs and 157 container perennial ornamental grasses. The playground will also include 418 square metres of rubber surfacing, together with several other elements.
