Cordia launches new luxury residential development with more than 5,000 apartments on the Spanish Riviera

Hungary's leading residential property developer, Cordia, is launching its next development in Spain, a multi-phase project comprising more than 500 apartments, named 360° by Cordia, according to a statement sent to our newspaper by the company affiliated with Futureal-csoport.

This is Cordia's second investment in Spain, following the success of the multi-award winning, luxury 116-apartment Jade Tower in Fuengirola, further strengthening their presence in the Spanish new homes market.

Also on the Costa del Sol - the Spanish Riviera - near Marbella, in the centre of the town of Mijas, on a picturesque hillside, the development is characterised by energy-efficient operation and a panoramic location overlooking the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The name of the development, 360° by Cordia, is a reference to this.

Of the planned total of more than 500 apartments, the first phase of the development will comprise 71 homes in six four-storey buildings that will blend harmoniously into the surrounding environment. The range includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes as well as 4 bedroom penthouses. All apartments have spacious terraces, ground floor homes have private gardens and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light.

Based on our past experience, we expect future Hungarian buyers to spend several months here throughout the year using their properties as their second home, but the apartments at 360° by Cordia are also a perfect choice for rental" said Tibor Földi, Chairman of the Board of Cordia.

Five minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport

The complex is located five minutes from the beaches of Mijas Costa and is close to Fuengirola, Marbella, as well as the city of Málaga and Málaga International Airport - 20 minutes by car. 360° by Cordia is also easily accessible from the main transport routes of the Costa del Sol.

The project will be located in the Cerrado del Águila neighbourhood, offering direct access to the adjacent golf course, tennis and padel courts, and a clubhouse. Hiking trails and cycle paths are also nearby, and the future Grand Green Park of Mijas will add to the attractiveness of the area, they say.

Focus on sustainability

Like the Jade Tower, 360° by Cordia is a sustainable, highly energy-efficient building complex built to the standards of the world's leading sustainability assessment methodology, BREEAM. The residential complex will also include electric car charging stations and the apartments will be equipped with a smart home system that will allow the control of lighting, temperature, blinds, intercom and other functions via a mobile app.
