Three parallel construction sites in Biatorbágy with Leier products

The Szarvasugrás housing estate on the western border of Biatorbágy, the Ybl House "B" building on the Ybl promenade in the central part of the town and the Service House under construction in the centre are being built together. The parallel construction of the three projects will be accompanied by careful planning and close collaboration, taking advantage of the Leier's precision in prefabrication, delivery and scheduling.

Building on the advantages of a conurbation city

The five-storey buildings of the Szarvasugrás residential park, equipped with an underground car park, are being built on the green outskirts of Biatorbágy, on the border between Pest and Fejér counties, with complex prefabricated solutions from Leier Hungária Kft.. The fifth phase of the project is already underway, with buildings offering 40-40 apartments, each with a usable floor space of 2,200 square metres, in which Leier climate ceilings and an efficient heat pump system contribute to outstanding energy efficiency.

In parallel, the 36-apartment Ybl House project is also being built using the proven prefabricated structural elements of Leier, with the ground floor structure of Building B under construction, while Building A is in the finishing stages. As the Ybl Promenade is located in one of the most visited areas of the city, in a landscaped environment, the solution of underground parking has been a priority.

The 60-space underground garage built with Leier elements has already been completed in 90%.

In addition to these condominiums, the investor can also build a new service building for the city centre of Biatorbágy, which is already at the roof level. The ground floor of the uniquely shaped building will house a beauty salon and a street food restaurant, while the upper floors will be used for offices and apartments.

Shared values, common thinking

The complete structure of each building is made of prefabricated Leier components. The hall garage walls, lift walls, staircase and partition walls are made of Leier bark walls with excellent sound insulation properties (25 cm thick reinforced concrete walls provide 60 dB sound insulation), while the slabs are made of Leier air-conditioning slabs, known for their excellent thermal insulation properties, and Leier Mesterpanel slab elements, popular for their flexible use. The use of Leier prefabricated staircases, whose precise production greatly facilitates the work of contractors, also significantly speeds up construction.
